MZM's dual headed design allows for two forms at the same time. Form time is 6-7 seconds for two forms.
Then MZM's form then move servo capability allows moving of the part while one of the two heads are forming. Form time is 5-6 seconds for each additional form after the first two.
Breaking up the forms into additional stations reduces the cycle time until the desired output requirement has been met. Typical System outputs with automated part handling is 10 seconds or 360 parts per hour.

Automated systems have no operator load or unload time. Typical load and unload time for operators is 3-5 seconds based on capability.
